What we can and can't help with
Sportsbook Promos is an independent comparison site. We publish reviews and guides to sportsbook promotions. We do not run any sportsbook, hold anyone's money or process bets, deposits or withdrawals. That shapes what a message to us can achieve.

How to reach us
Look for the contact form or the email address in the site footer or menu. We have not published a phone number, live chat line or office address, and we don't take account queries by phone. If you find a way of contacting us that isn't listed on the site itself, please don't trust it.
We will never ask for your sportsbook password, your card number, your bank details or your Social Security number. If a message claiming to be from us asks for any of these, ignore it.
What to include in your message
A short, specific note gets a faster and more useful reply. Include:
- The page address or the name of the page you are writing about.
- The sportsbook and the offer you mean, as shown on that page.
- What you think is wrong, and where you saw the current terms (for example, the sportsbook's own promotions page).
- The date you checked, and your state, since eligibility and available offers vary by state.
We can't promise a reply time. We read what comes in, and we check corrections against the operator's published terms before changing a page.
Reporting a promotion that has changed
Offers change often. Bonus size, rollover, minimum odds, expiration windows and eligible payment methods can all be updated without notice. Our pages show the date we last checked. If you see terms that differ from ours, tell us. Before you claim any offer, read the sportsbook's own terms, since those are what apply to your account.
Every headline figure we show, including offers such as a 100% match up to a stated amount, comes with conditions. Those usually include rollover, minimum odds, deadlines and limits on payment methods. A large percentage can look attractive but be harder to clear than a smaller one.
If you have a problem with a sportsbook
- Start with the sportsbook. Use its support channels and keep screenshots of the offer, your bets and any messages.
- Check the terms you accepted. Many disputes come down to a minimum-odds rule, an excluded payment method or an expired bonus.
- Know your protections. If the operator is licensed in your state, its state gaming regulator is the place to complain. Several sites we list are offshore, so state-level protections may not apply. If an offshore operator doesn't pay, you may have little or no recourse. Check the licensing and your own state's rules before you deposit.
